About your Founder and Instructor
In 2009 I had the opportunity to deal in the World Series of Poker and have been going back ever since. I’ve had the privilege to deal final tables of some of the biggest buy-ins, including a $25,000 Pot Limit Omaha event. In 2011, I started training people to be able to extend the same opportunity to others that was given to me in 2009. Since then, I’ve trained over 150 people to go deal at the WSOP.
It's a real honor knowing that I have had a hand in kickstarting many careers.
Several of my past students hold supervisor positions today.
My heart is with the Family
My name is Matthew Francis; I’ve been married to my lovely wife for 20 years, and a loving father of two awesome children who are now 19 and 22 years old. I have been involved in the Poker World since 2006 running poker leagues, playing poker, and dealing poker.
Amongst the ELITE!
In 2013, I was given the opportunity to join the “RESTART TEAM”, a team of Elite Poker Dealers that deal day 2's, day 3's, final tables, and featured tables. This is considered a prestigious honor.

What to Expect
At Sir Francis Elite Poker Dealer Training, you will receive Hands-on training to learn how to become an Elite Poker Dealer! Twenty-two variations of poker, an understanding of tournament poker/live action rules and procedures, and tricks of the trade will all be taught to you by the end of this course.
